In the spirit of recognition, we interviewed our Field Operations Manager, Joe Rios, to get a glimpse into the world of our awesome 3Sixty Integrated technicians.

Richard McKinney is a Senior Technical Account Executive at 3Sixty Integrated. Throughout his 13 years at the company, he has worked his way from a service technician role, to engineering and sales. In this interview, we discuss Richard’s career story and how he developed his expertise in the industry. Richard also provides insight into what drives his passion for the field and how his job has allowed him to make a lasting impact.

On December 14, 2021, The Cook & Boardman Group, the nation’s largest distributor of commercial doors, frames & hardware, electronic access control equipment, and specialty products, announced the acquisition of San Antonio-based 3Sixty Integrated. A year later, we spoke with Mr. Will Duke, President of 3Sixty Integrated to ask him a few questions about how the acquisition has impacted the company and how 3Sixty Integrated will continue to serve its clients moving forward.

My name is Maddie Cortez and I am Texas-born-and-raised, fourth year student at the University of Texas at San Antonio. This summer I was vetted into a program named Students + Startups, which granted me my first professional job as a marketing intern at 3Sixty Integrated.

My name is Ellie Dootson, and I am a Scotland-born, Houston-raised incoming senior at Trinity University. My journey with 3Sixty Integrated began through Students + Startups, which is a program that pairs college students with local small businesses and startups in the San Antonio area. I was fortunate enough to have an interview with 3Sixty Integrated in which I found myself immediately impressed with what the company had to offer.

My name is Yvette Arellano and I am a Michigan-born, but Houston-raised, incoming second-year student at the University of Texas at Austin. This summer was my first internship ever as a Marketing Intern at 3Sixty Integrated – and it happened to be during the worldwide pandemic, COVID-19.
